    Elastic and inelastic flexural-torsional buckling of beams and arches. Elastic and inelastic in-plane buckling of arches. Elastic and inelastic behaviour of beams curved in plan. Elastic and inelastic lateral-distortional buckling of beams and beam-columns. Bending and torsion of beams. Cold-formed steel structures. Strengths of beams, arches and beams curved in plan . Beams and arches code design rules.
  • Structural Analysis
    Three dimensional nonlinear elastic and inelastic analysis of beams, arches, beams curved in plan and frames. Finite element methods. Nonlinear computational techniques in structural analysis.
  • Structural Dynamics
    Elastic and inelastic structural dynamic analysis. Time domain modal identification of vibrating structures. Structural parameter identification.
