How to check print quota on the School’s Network Printers?

1. Ensure that you have the correct privilege to install a program (either Administrator or Power user).

2. Save the Zip file in your desire space (recommend saving in your hard drive), then use a Zip program (e.g. WinZip or FileZip) to unzip the file.

3. Extract WBalance.zip to a location where you wish to run this program.

4. Here we extract it to a folder called "Program Files". There should be 2 files extracted from the Zip file namely: WBalance.exe; Pcounter.ini.

5. Using Windows Explorer, find WBalance folder where the exe file is. Double click on the file to run the program.

6. If it is the first time you run this program, Wbalance should show you list of available servers, choose CIVENG. Browse down to \\w2kdc-civeng and double click on the icon.

7. You should see a "$" sign appear on the bottom right conner of your computer monitor. When putting mouse over the sign, your current credit should appear.
